Visiting the Korean Cultural Center Washington, D.C.

Reservations are not required, and walk-in visitors are welcome during visiting hours. Visitors can check out any current exhibitions on display, pick up free informational materials about Korea, or relax in one of our cultural spaces. Groups of 10 or more are encouraged to contact the KCCDC in advance to make arrangements, and can also sign up for a fun and informative presentation through our Befriend Korea Program. If you have further questions about visiting our center, please contact us. 


Hours

Visiting Hours: Monday – Friday, 10 a.m. – 5p.m. (closed for Lunch 12 – 1 p.m.)

Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 a.m.– p.m. (closed for Lunch 12 – 1 p.m.


Please note that the KCCDC is also generally closed on U.S. federal holidays and some Korean holidays (see below for details). Occasionally we are open for special weekend events.

Please note that the KCCDC is located at the above address, and is a separate building from the embassy's main office and the consulate.

🚗By Car

The KCCDC is located on Massachusetts Ave. Northwest, close to Sheridan Circle. If driving from Virginia or Maryland, take I-66, I-395 or I-495 into the city. Free local street parking is available nearby. Guest parking is currently not available in the KCCDC lot, but street local parking is generally free and available aside from  rushhour times. For assistance, please contact us. 



🚌 By Bus 

Bus line N2, N4, and N6 stop nearby at Embassy Row in front of the KCCDC.



🚇By Metro

The KCCDC is about a 10-15 minute walk from the Dupont Circle station (red line) and a 15-20 minute walk from the Foggy Bottom station (orange line).



Holidays and Weekends

The KCCDC observes the 2023 holidays listed bellow and is closed on weekends, except in the case of occasional special events. In case of poor weather, please call ahead before visiting.
