The Republic of Korea and the United States celebrated the 140th anniversary of diplomatic relations in 2022. Over this long period spanning more than a century, the two countries have deepened their mutual understanding and friendship through cultural and people-to-people exchanges. The Korean Cultural Center Washington, D.C. serves as a cultural space for people to experience Korea. Here, everyone is welcome to comfortably engage with Korean culture as they gain a deeper understanding of Korea as a whole.

Future cultural exchanges will continue to solidify the friendship between our two nations. We personally invite you to experience our diverse programs, including through exhibitions, performances, films, traditional culture, literature, K-Pop, language classes, and travel.
