In 1991, while South Korea was striving to join the United Nations, a brutal civil war erupted in Mogadishu, the capital of Somalia. Cut off from all communication, the staff and families of the South Korean embassy find themselves trapped amidst a storm of bullets and bombs, fighting each day to stay alive.
