Hyung-min (Kim Yun-seok) is a prominent police detective who lives to solve criminal cases. With the help of an informant, he meets Tae-oh (Ju Ji-hoon), an unstable criminal who claims to have been a hit man in years past. But before he can confess, Tae-oh is snatched away by another police team, convicted, and imprisoned. When Tae-oh reaches out to Hyung-min a month later, he claims to have even more evidence of past crimes, and begins dropping tantalizing clues for unsolved murder cases. But in a twisted game of life and death that's shrouded in deception, who's playing who?
