District of Arirang (January 2021)

The beauty of Washington, D.C. and Korea's unique presence in the region are captured through key landmarks, set to a modern rendition of Arirang. This iconic and beloved Korean folk song, performed by members of the New York Philharmonic, also bears special significance at this moment: it captures the Korean sentiments of hope and resolve in the face of adversity.
